Budget approximately 1.5–4% of the purchase price for closing costs, which include Ontario Land Transfer Tax, legal fees, title insurance, and home inspection. As a first-time buyer, you may be eligible for the Ontario LTT refund (up to $4,000) — I'll walk you through all available programs.
